Scope of services
We file finished annual accounts with the Unternehmensregister on behalf of our clients. We do not prepare annual accounts and provide neither tax advice (StBerG) nor legal services (RDG).
Consumer dispute resolution
Our services are offered to businesses only. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
